當你的機器放在 NAT 或者有防火牆時, FileZilla Server 預設是不支援 passive mode 的, 得手動設定才可以, 步驟如下:
FileZilla Server Options -> Passive mode settings
1. Set the "Use the following IP:"
2. Set the "Use custom port range:"
3. Set the firewall

Description from FileZilla server: "Use custom PASV settings if you are operating the server from behind a NAT router or a firewall. In that case, the IP address of the server is not accessible from outside of the router, so you should fill in the correct address here. Use the port range to limit the number of ports that will need to be forwarded through the router."
