How to change the locale of Firefix and Thunderbird

Firefox:
about:config -> general.useragent.locale
English: en-US
Traditional Chinese: zh-TW

Restart firefox and the locale will be changed.

Thunderbird:
Menu -> Tools -> Options -> Advanced -> Config Editor
general.useragent.locale
English: en-US
Traditional Chinese: zh-TW
